  I really don't like to complain. But I had the worst service here on Saturday night (1-7-16). I walked up to place my order which consisted of 2 chicken nugget happy meals. The girl didn't want to be there, didn't want to take my order and was mumbling and you couldn't understand what she was saying. She gave me my cups so I could fix the drinks and I fixed the drinks and I come back and she has put the sacks off to the side. Not so much of a Thank You or your food is ready. NOTHING! And to top it all off I get home (Lamar MS) and wonder why the kids didn't eat their nuggets.......... They weren't even done.

  This without question is the most poorly managed McDonald's in the entire chain. The staff, especially the morning staff are the most rude I have ever come across. When you try to tell management about the problem they look at you like you have a problem. All of these reviews should be enough for the owner to come to the conclusion that the entire management staff should be terminated and replaced by competent management who will in turn obtain a competent and friendly staff.

  Come here often for a quick coffee while getting my vehicle serviced nearby and have never had an issue until today. "Gentleman" calling out orders to crew argued me down about an extra syrup packet that I was prepared to pay for. Well, sorry George Jones (owner) , he just cost you a customer.
