  I work nearby and I have the opportunity to frequent this location very often. I am very predictable, and usually order the same thing when I dine here. The biggest asset this location has is the drive through employee named 'Quita'. She has memorized most of her frequent customer's orders, including mines. Always pleasant and professional. I've done her surveys and even called corporate to give her kudos. The reason this location doesn't get 5 stars is because I don't get the same level of service when 'Quita' isn't at work, (sigh).
