  Cashier was nice but the tables were dirty and even the packs of ketchup she gave me were stuck together with syrup or sweet and sour sauce the mac jr meals we ordered were just thrown together and so sloppy it was pathetic.even have wires hanging down from the ceiling maybe 50 inches above the floor. This place needs new mgmt . we won't be back to this location.

  I was traveling through memphis with my basketball team. There were about 30 of us. We stopped there on Wednesday morning around 9. The morning crew was excellent. They were nice, quickly fixed out food and got us on our way. Things were so good, that we decided to stop there on our way back on Friday night. We arrived at 9:40. When the employees say our business pull up, they locked the door. I had several kids who needed to use the restroom. They were so busy locking us out that they locked two customers in. When they decided to let the customers out I was able to speak with someone about ordering 30 burgers and 30 fries. The employees were so rude. That claimed that the lobby was closed and that they couldn't serve us. I asked to speak to the manager, her name was Ashley, she wasn't rude, but she wasn't helpful. She made several excuses about how they were short staffed and how the employees were new and couldn't fix our order. Finally, she decided to fix our order, this employee Crystal was so rude, she didn't try to help Ashley with the order, she stood around making jokes about how Ashley was too nice and shouldn't have opened the door, she stood around slinging that weave she had in her head and talking about what she wasn't going to do and how since Ashley opened the door, she was going to take care of it. I counted 8 employees. The young man who fixes the burgers didn't complain. He just got it done, the young lady who fixed the fries did her job as well. If the store didn't have Ashley and Crystal they would be better off. The whole experience was horrible. I wouldn't recommend going after breakfast!
