  The best thing about this Waffle House was the cook. He took my order, he cooked my food and made sure I got my food while it was still a little hot. The waitress who was supposed to wait on me didn't seem to want to. I really hope it wasn't a racial thing. It sure felt like it at the time. The white waitress acknowledged my presence, but said the other waitress was the take out orders waitress. The take out orders waitress was a black woman who barely acknowledged that I was there. She did take my money however. And even though I gave her a small tip for doing nothing but taking my money for the food, she didn't even thank me for that. Thank goodness I never have to go back to Memphis for anything again.

  Employees took their sweet time clearing a table for us. They gossipped openly so everyone could hear, which I didn't care to hear. The black cook (guy) was rude to the white cook (guy), who told him that he didn't appreciate his sh#t. I thought it was going to be a brawl! I won't be returning! Food was OK.

  Employees always fighting among themselves and with customers. Overnight servers never answer phone because employees are using the for personal calls. Servers turn off air and lie to customers and tell them the grill is broke so they don't have to do any work overnight. Evening crew was great up until Oct when the owner came in a fired a bunch of people.
