  The fact that I have to give one star pains me. Slow drive through. Very dirty store. Employees look like they are "hanging out". A single was a burger and bun. My chili was cold ... not warm ... cold. Would have taken in back but feared retaliation.
  
  This is a store in a good part of town I can only imagine. I have been a Wendy's customer for a long time ... after reading the reviews and then seeing it first hand the company obviously doesn't care about their customers.
  
  Today was my last visit to Wendy's. Sorry Dave.

  Wanted to go on Wendy's site and place a complaint but the only place I could find to do it required a store number. As I was not provided a receipt, I couldn't find the store number for this location. Chili was almost exclusively beans. I was not given a spoon, despite ordering chili. I was however given two packs of Caesar dressing... despite the fact that I didn't order a salad and did not ask for them. The fries were all spilled in the bag. One crumpled napkin. The cashier was also very vocal to his fellow employees and did not even bother to close the drive thru window so I couldn't hear.
