  23 Mar 17. Gave them one more "chance" Extremely slow service. Forget special orders. They will not get it right. This location is popular, so who I am to say ... My order was wrong and when I asked to speak to someone three times it fell on deaf ears (even after 22 minutes). I hate this place and will vote with my wallet by going somewhere else. When the boomers' children advance to a healthier diet, Sonic will be back to the bankruptcy table. The staff is nice.
  
  2016: Just "ate" at this location. Most of the order was enjoyed by my compatriots with the exception of tater tots which had no discernible temperature above room. However, my order, a foot-long with relish, mayo and onion was terrible. First, they put so much relish, it dwarfed the the dog itself. Second, the mayo was squirted on the OUTSIDE of the bun, really? Third, by the time I got the ice cold relish off the dog and down to a "reasonable level" there were no onions, less i dig them out of the relish. I took a bite of the cold dog and threw it away.
  
  Update May 7: If you order a malt. They will put the malt powder on the bottom of the cup such that there will be no mixing of the malt up into the ice cream. further, the 1/2 price after 8 pm doesn't apply to "malt". I complained to corporate over 4 weeks ago; weeks later: RE: I'm sorry you were over charged.... One of the worst customer response systems I've ever "attempted" to deal with. If you order anything custom, the children at the gate will be awestruck, flabbergasted, and paralyzed.

  The wait time was longer than expected, even though it was not that busy. The service staff was polite, though.

  Visited this location today around 2:35. The cars came and went while I waited for a Fruit slush and one corn dog. When the young lady finally brought my order, the bag was extremely greasy and the corn dog was barely warm. I guess this was one of those MISS times. I should have followed my first mind and went on Houston Levee. No apologies for the long wait or anything.
