I went in 5 days ago and simply ordered a bagel sandwich and when I asked for my debit card back, the young man rudely slapped it on the wooden block for me to sign it. Of course I didn't leave him a tip. Then when my sandwich was ready, the girl called it out and tossed it on the counter. She didn't hand it to me or even set it down. She just carelessly tossed it. The owner never speaks to me. It seems as if she only speaks to people that she knows. Strange, considering that I've spent a lot of money there. My time as Otherlands has passed.
