  "About last night"
  I want to give everyone that reads this a chance to understand why the review is so great. When you look online to find a local place in Memphis Tennessee bed has real fruit inside of the cake you will find a lot of online advertisements and websites.
  
  I found Kay's bakery on line last Saturday on the second of the month. Rather than wait for something online which I would never do I went to Kay's location Smith all the goodies and then made plans to order a cake. The staff is very friendly hands-on and will give you different choices also go through the details of what each item is made from.
  
  We had a birthday party last night at the Rumba Room, The cake received more attention then the actual birthday girl! Once the cake was good everyone start complimenting am going into detail on how it taste to them. It was a big hit they also referred to it as being a nique homemade cake they could relate to rather than a store-bought cake which has so many extras bed have no added feeling or detail.
  
  You want to great cake you came to the right place go in don't call field environment and understand your choice and your taste buds will thank you...

  I make this review, fairly I believe, having had only one item from Kay Bakery - the Tres Leches cake. My office orders it for every cake appropriate occasion, and we would be disappointed if we didn't. The cake is incredible. Tres Leches is cake that has been saturated with 3 types of milk - whole, condensed, and evaporated. The cake is like a wet sponge, but not so much that it leaks. The icing meets the perfect middle of sweet, but not overly so. I've had vanilla and chocolate, the latter of which has a thin layer of dulce de leche between cake layers. It's about $22 and easily feeds 10.

  The staff was polite, patient, and helpful. The birthday cake we designed looked and tasted great. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy never looked so good on a cake!
