  Our wait was 45 minutes which was expected upon arrival. Server was rude . Didn't come to check on us , didn't ask if we needed refills or anything. Got our food in a decent time. I ordered an omelette and it literally was scrambled eggs with meat and cheese. It was most definitely not an omelette. Then there was a family of four next to us that had been waiting over an hour for their food. The same server didn't check on them as well. They got their food and they were still waiting on a burger. It took them 30 mins to bring the burger out. The lady asked for the manager and by this time we were leaving and the lady still hadn't seen the manager.(she had been waiting for at least 25minutes)

  Tonight I am highly disappointed in I hop. Our waiter came to us three times and the last time was just to give us our receipt. Never asked if we wanted another round of all you can eat pancakes when my husband and I have only had one round. Never refilled my water that has sat there empty. Went to everyone else but our table. Fixing to speak to a manager.

  Our server was awesome. Very pleasant attitude. Tanisha made our day! ! I also remember a young lady named juju who is always pleasant. Great location great job ladies. We will return often!
