  Went on the first day of the year after church for brunch. It took the waitress greater than 10 minutes to greet us and take drink orders. Waited an hour for food that another server took to the wrong table initially. Done with this location.

  Terrible management. We waited for over an hour while there were empty tables, most still dirty. Condiments were left on the table and trash under our table. Our server took 20 min before she came to get our order and another 20 min to get drinks. I've waited tables at a Cracker Barrel and don't mind waiting if it's busy or a server is working hard, this was not the case this time. We will not be coming back.

  I'm giving a 1 star because of the service my fiance and I received this morning. We've come to this location before and it was okay, but this morning our waitress seemed to either not want to be there or didn't want US there. She barely spoke to us and we saw her only when she took our order and gave us a check. When we asked for boxes to take the rest of the food we didn't eat, she gave us a SOUP BOWL, for a muffin and 3 biscuits/gravy. Maybe it was hard for her to hear...because a party of 16 was seated all around us when there was CLEARLY enough room elsewhere in that restaurant to seat that party. Your waitress Jeanal needs to get it together. She was very stand offish to us, but warmed up to other patrons. Was skin color an issue here? We won't be returning to this Cracker Barrel with staff that treats paying customers like this. Sure it was a Sunday morning, but if you don't like your job then you need to look elsewhere and quit, but for now do your JOB right and treat your customers like they should be treated!

  Customer service was great. The restaurant was a little crowded because it was a Sunday afternoon. I understand that our food was warm and hot so I'm always pleased when I go to Cracker Barrel
