  Very good chicken. It was cooked perfectly. I couldn't choose a favorite but the sauce was very unique not overpowering. The original had great flavor. We had to order more before we left. We had the corn nuggets which tasted like fried creamed corn. We also got a extra order of biscuits which were soft and fluffy pillows or honey heaven The service was better than most 5 star restaurants. They cleared our plates and made sure we had refills to go. I did try the pies and wasn't crazy about them. The chocolate dream was like pudding in a shell.

  Customer Service counts for EVERYTHING! Every time we go, it's a Saturday lunch with our little family, when they're always busy. Everyone always speaks and is friendly. The line will be almost to the door, but the service is fast, especially for chicken. There might be a 5min wait once you order. Uncle Lou himself, is a gem. He speaks to everyone, will even help you take things to your car, take orders, and just be a great example for his employees and it shows.
  
  We love the chicken! We always get mild. The corn nuggets are okay, but that potato salad is some of the best I've ever tasted. The biscuits are always good, but sometimes they go lighter on the honey than other days. We prefer ours sweeter, so we just by an extra 2oz container of it. No biggie. And I think they're very reasonably priced as well. A 16pc with 6 sides, and 9 biscuits runs you about $35. That same exact meal at Popeyes or any other chicken place would be just the same, if not higher. So I don't see why others are saying they're expensive.
