  I have a giftcard loaded on the Subway app and when I went to use it at this location, the owner who was working the register did not know how to use it. I only came here because I had a gift card and did not want to spend my own money. He was not helpful to try to resolve the matter and simply asked me to pay for the sandwich with cash since he didn't know how to use the mobile gift card. This was ultimately a waste of time and food as I left without the sandwich (which was already made of course) because he could not take my gift card as a method of payment. I asked if any employee knew how to use the app or gift card and he said no, he is the owner and he is the most experienced employee here. Do not go to this location if you are expecting competent customer service!

  Whatever I ask them to do to my sub or what kind of bread I want they do it with a smile on there face , even if my day is not going good for me an I be Rude in they still do exactly what I ask them to do to my sandwich I recommend if you go to this Subway be careful what you ask them to do because they will do exactly what you ask of them with a smile on their faces and trying their best to make you smile too

  I come in and they ask what I'd like then they throw the sandwich together as fast as possible no caring about the person that has to eat it.. my bread is hard like it's been sitting out and the condiments are all at one end of the sandwich...... it just seems they need to realize they would be better at service but understanding to make the sandwich like you yourself were gonna eat it!!!!
