  I have patronized this location before. Today, I ordered a salmon dinner to go. I got home to find that it was not complete. I called the Germantown Pkwy location and the manager was unconcerned and did not want to rectify the order. She said, you can return and it would be corrected. After a long day at work, returning was not acceptable. She made no offer to correct the issue and offer some credit on a subsequent visit. She blamed the waitress rather than perform her duty as a manager. This is poor leadership. I don't know if all locations is this way, but I recommend that you try another location, you might get better service.

  Food was terrible! I usually get the spicy brisket burger which used to be good. This time it was burnt black and the fries that came with it was very old and stale! I asked them to change the burger and it was still not good. Oh, let's just say I had to wait over an hour for a burger. Overall bad experience and will not go again. Don't waste your time or money here.

  Good service. Ribeye was cooked very well but very under seasoned. The mashed potatoes were under seasoned as well. The ribs had very little BBQ sauce in them and were dry tasting.
