  Went there today, 9/13/16, at around 1:30 PM and got robbed. I sat in the drive-thru forever waiting for the car in front of me to place their order. When I finally got to the speaker/mic, I was told by a very hateful voice to wait a minute. Ten minutes later that same voice came back and took my order. When I finally got to the window, the cashier read my order wrong. I got the five for five and after she re-rang it, she told me it was $5.46. I gave her $20.46. I'm unsure if she put the money in the drawer or her pocket. Regardless, she didn't bother to open the window and give me my change back. Instead she walked away and took some food from the front counter out into the dining area. When she returned, I waved to her and she came over to the window. I told her I had given her $20.46, and she never returned my change. The manager came over, and I told her what happened. She pulled the cashier's drawer and counted it on the front counter. She then came back and told me the cashier's drawer was short, and I couldn't possibly have given her $20.46. I asked her was she calling me a liar? She told me she wasn't calling me anything but if the shoe fit. I asked to speak to someone over her, and she told me there was no one else there. She was the manager. I told her I wasn't paying $20.46 for a five for five deal. She said I don't know what to tell you. She then told me to get out of their drive-thru, or she would call the police. Then she closed the window and locked it behind her and went toward the phone. I left and called their corporate office. They didn't sound surprised, but they didn't sound very helpful either. That's the most expensive fast food I've ever bought to get so little, not to mention it being cold and stale. I will never be back at this place; and honestly, unless you want some nasty, hateful crooks and criminals waiting on you, you won't bother with going there either.

  I liked the food no dislikes but not many likes either. Overall okay.
