  Megan Wallace at the Germantown pkwy location is the ONLY employee that is great at customer service. Not sure if she still works there and that's unfortunate. A few other employees try to be nice but it's more "nice nasty" in my opinion. Chicken tenders are usually ok but at times can be ridiculous in every way. Having to repeat my order 3 times every time is unacceptable. I go to other locations but pretty much find the same issues. Epic fail KFC !!

  Every time I go to this establishment they are always out of chicken how are you a place that serves chicken and never has chicken FYI never I repeat myself never go to this place on a Sunday cuz you wouldn't never get anything someone needs to redo their ordering for them if they're always having a chicken on Sundays then maybe you need to make more prep ahead of time
