  Workers walking around drinking out of cups wiping her hands on their clothes biscuits were hard eggs tasted like shoe leather come on you can do better

  Visiting from Florida and my grand baby and I decided to dine in. It wasn't crowded. There was only one customer eating. I ordered two Hardee's Classic. Our drink order was sweet tea. I reported that the container was empty and asked could we have sweet tea from behind the counter. It wasn't a problem but no one attempted to make any. It was approximately six workers there. Everyone was standing around looking and talking to each other. I went to wash my hands prior to eating. The food was great! Much improvement is needed with cleanliness of the restroom and making sure everything is stocked for the customers. I had to ask for a refill of tea and once again it came from behind the counter.

  I ordered the steak biscuit. It was cold and the biscuit was rubbery. I tried to contact the store located on Summer Ave. in Memphis, TN., however, the number listed on the ticket sound like a fax machine. I could not return to the store because I was at work when I tried to eat the breakfast sandwich. Additionally, the drive through employee was not very friendly and not wish me a good or great day etc. I have purchased food at this store before and the food and service was excellent .
