  Brought a party of 6 for dinner and to listen to our close Friend sing later. Totally unorganized and pathetically rude. Asked nicely if we could get a table even if we need to wait an hour or 2, she said No Way in a snotty voice and blew us off. We'll spend our $250 where they're nice and appreciate our business at blues city cafe. Foods better there anyway. Don't waste your time with this dump

  I will change the 3 star once I order some food, we showed up at lunch time on a Friday afternoon. When we walked in the band was ridiculously loud, all you could hear was the drums you couldn't even hear what the rapper was rapping about. Ordered the pomegranate mule, wasn't as strong as I assumed it would be. Waitress tried to make small talk, I felt rude because I couldn't hear her nor could she hear me. Ordered one drink and left. Well come back to see what the food is like. We didn't realized there was gonna be a band mid-day. Not that I'm entirely complaining they were there, just the volume of the band. If it wasn't so loud it would have been fine, For the mid-day vibe.

  The Chicken Club is tasty. I had the Oreo Cheesecake for dessert. Very rich.

  The whole staff seemed unorganized. We came in, told there would be a small wait and then was told it would be a long one. We were told upstairs wasn't open but then they told us to go sit there. We had three different people bring us our items. They forgot extra plates and spoons. Overall it was just an awful experience compared to the other Hard Rock Cafes we have been to. Will not be back.
