  I flew into Memphis from Austin, TX on a Saturday. Corky's was the first place our group went after hearing good things about their BBQ. We had a group of 11 and they got us a table extremely quickly despite being packed. The waitress suggested getting the ribs half and half. I would highly suggest the wet ribs (the dry rubbed ribs were good, but couldn't compete with the wet ribs). Some of the best ribs I've had. Excellent experience at Corky's! I'll be back.

  Food was great as usual but I did an online order at 5:15pm for 6:00pm pick up time. I had company coming over at 7 so I needed to be ready to go. When I got there the bartender told me she put my order in... Then what was the point of ordering online to save time? The guys who ordered food for in house dining got their food before​ I got my to-go order. Very frustrating!! Then I asked for no slaw on one sandwich and they didn't put it on either. The food is delicious, no doubt but I won't be ordering to-go any time soon.
