  I visited this location today. I ordered a 10 piece chicken and I had a coupon to get 1 free side item with a purchase. I use this coupon every month and always get a free order of 3 jalapeño bombers. I frequent almost every church's in the city and can tell you where everyone of them are located. I present my coupon and order and was asked very rudely to hold on. I sit there for about 4 minutes and I say hell, hello then she says what's your order. No apology for having me to sit there. I over look that asked for my usual jalapeño bombers and chicken . I was told that I could only get mashed potatoes or coleslaw with the free side item coupon. I explained that I have never been told that and asked for the manager. The manager Stephanie Campbell comes to the window and says at this location the only thing their cash register will ring up is mashed potatoes and coleslaw for the free side item coupon. I told her that it was funny that every other location had no problem ringing up the bombers. I asked for her store number and let her know I would report this inconsistency. She had a very uncaring nonchalant attitude. I drove about 2 miles down to the Getwell churchs, presented my same coupon and absolutely nothing was said. I got my chicken and my free bombers. In certain areas people are treated differently and I think it is ridiculous. Church's please talk to these unprofessional, lying employees about how to service and keep their customers happy no matter what neighborhood they are in.
