  I'm a truck driver I stop in to get two three piece meal at this location this was the worst service I have ever gotten in my life . The manager act like she didn't care we stayed at the store for 45 minutes and still no food because the store has no structure no sense of urgency just running loose like chickens with their heads cut off. Everyone needs to be retrained all over again or this location needs to be shut down. The manager never said hey let me correct the order he is a refund because we messed up the order. But the time that I was in there they gave my food out to the wrong people 2 times come on Memphis we can do better than this .

  Had a issue with my order but the staff was very friendly and did a excellent job at resolving the issue. Great job
